School is where I make friends
Friends are people I like to see
Some of my friends don't look like me
Some have long hair
And some of them don't
Some friends are tall
And some friends are short
Some of my friends have brown skin with dark brown eyes
And some of my friends have black skin with sparkling grey eyes
I like having friends
I see them in school
My friend Uniqua likes to laugh
My friend Lawrence like to dance
My friend Imani has a blue dress
My friend Trayvon likes to sing
In the summertime
We don’t have school
Mommy and Daddy take me to the pool
I’m always happy to see my friends
Lateisha is the first to jump in
Malik runs around
he likes to push people in We all love to swim
